Cancellation by you

With one month's notice or more

The day-rate portion of your deposit will be refunded in full. The course fee — which covers student kit, equipment hire, and certification processing — is non-refundable once submitted.

With less than one month's notice

A credit note will be issued for the day-rate portion, valid toward an alternative date. The course fee remains non-refundable.

No-show without notice

No refund or credit will be issued.

Cancellation by N35.9

If we cancel a course or trip for any reason — including weather, safety, or instructor availability — you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. This is your choice.

Lost dive days

If individual dive days are lost during a multi-day course due to weather or sea conditions, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within the trip. If that isn't possible, a partial refund or credit note will be issued for the affected days.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned via the same bank transfer route used for the original payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for international transfers to clear.
